First the phone number on the receipt is not valid:(352)361-0800 This phone number is no good, so I could not even call and speak with a manager.
Second, I ordered my drink with NO ice and it was full of ice.
Third I ordered a Large French Fry, I received a large container but I was short a lot of fries. I asked to please fill the container to equal a large, and the woman simply swapped it for another with same shorted amount. I did not realize my drink was full of ice until I got home and I was not going back out. I am Not Happy and I will not recommend this McDonalds to anyone I know. I went thru the drive thru.
