- Intermediate - Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Waste water is being dumped periodically into a large 55 gallon container and transported to a dumping facility. MFDV that connects to an approved water system must also connect to an approved waste water system to prevent possible overflow from waste water tank. Operator must fill potable water tank and then disconnect food grade hose water supply so there is no continuous flow. If operator chooses to employ an approved sewage transport vehicle to dispose of waste water documentation must be provided to the inspector. This violation must be corrected by Friday 2.21.14. **Warning**
