DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Your best best is to pick up from another store. Hungry Howies is my favorite major chain pizza place but this store is going to force me NOT to order from there until I move to a different location.

I have had multiple problems with this store being late and giving me under cooked food, but this last time topped all other times. I ordered my food at 7:40pm and was given an 80min wait time which is ridiculous but I accepted that. I didn't get my food until 10pm -- over 2 hours!!! I tried to be decent and understanding the first time I called at 9:15pm and was told it should be here in 10-15 min. 45 minutes later I called again explaining to the that I have starving little ones that are still up at 10pm waiting to eat and you know what both of them told me? It's not their fault! My God, they couldn't even accept that they seriously screwed up, let a mother vent, and just say sorry. Any other place would have apologized and and offered a credit to keep the loyalty.

The owner is the main problem who should lose their right to run a store ruining Hungry Howies reputation. I am more discusted with their lack of compassion than I am with anything else! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
