- Critical - Cold holding equipment incapable of maintaining potentially hazardous food at proper temperatures, sandwich prep cooler temperatures ranged between 51F- 58F. Items were removed to the cooler that's near register that is maintaining 41F or below. Stop sale was issued.

- Observed leaking pipe at plumbing fixture, at handsink by 3 cmpt. sink.
- Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Sandwich prep cooler at front counter temperatures ,cheddar cheese 51F, black angus beef 51F, sauted onions 54F, cooked mushrooms 54F, cooked peppers 53F, harvest chicken salad 58F, prime rib, cobb mix 54F thermometer inside cooler 50F. Temperatures were taken in the morning 10 am and logged were 43F and 44F. The operator that came in stated Temperatures had not been taken at 2 pm per log. Stop sale issued. and operator switched the coolers for sandwich prep that is maintaining 41F or below. I calliberated my thermometer this morning. The evening operator/mgr doesn't do a temperature log till 6 pm
