Remove all unusable equipment and materials from premises, clean the walls and ceilings in the walkin refrigeration unit, clean the walls and ceilings in the room adjacent to the walkin refrigeration unit including the vent fan. Clean the floor areas throughout the location with attention to the corners and baseboards adjacent to the cooking units. Replace missing filters in the vent hood above the stove.
