Plastic drip panel in the ice making machine not cleaned as needed. (CORRECT VIOLATION WITHIN 5 CALENDAR DAYS) - Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, & used; test strips
Chemical test strips not provided to measure sanitizing chemical level at the automatic dish washing machine. (CORRECT VIOLATION WITH 45 CALENDAR DAYS)
Note: No expired milk product observed on the line at visit. Milk products that passed thier 'Sell By' date observed at the back room in walk-in refrigerator at visit. Manager told inspector that any food products that have passed their sell by, use by or expiration date will not be served to 'guests' and will be pulled out at the delivery rom before they get to the line and will be discarded.
