Proper date marking & disposition Food item stored in plastic container not properly labeled with identification, date or time. (Corrected On Site)
Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices Clogged drain at the 3 compartment sink. Water flowing to the grease trap discharged onto the floor at time of the inspection.
Sewage & waste water properly disposed Garbage disposal unit (food waste grinder) is installed in a sink compartment of the 3 compartment sink. This is not allowed. The disposal must be plumbed and trapped separatly from all other sink compartments and have it own supply of cold water.
Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned Bathroom doors must be self closing.
