Emerald Isle Resort and Condominiums

The Emerald Isle Resort and Condominiums is part of the Oaseas family of resorts. Emerald Isle is a 23-store building featuring 199 furnished unites with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and private balconies that offer views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, close to the fun of the beach, but far enough away to enjoy relaxation and peace. The resort features covered parking, two pools that are gulfside, a beachfront hot tub, a pool-side steam room, a fitness center, a pool pavilion, two stainless steel barbecue grills, and access to the gulf and Panama City Beach. Rooms include a full equipped kitchen, ceramic tile floors, full windows in the living and master bedroom areas, DVDs, color televisions in each room, and a washer and dryer in each unit. One of the newer attractions in the area is Pier Park. This destination offers open-air shopping, as well as entertainment, dining, and tourist attractions. Many of the restaurants are situated beachfront, so diners can enjoy salt-air breezes and gulf views. Shops include Nike, Victoria's Secret, and Ron John, and visitors can enjoy entertainment at the Hofbrau Beer Garden, Reggae Jay's, and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.
