Remarks: AFTER T/O ON A DUAL INSTRUCITON FLT WE HAD A HIT THE WINDSHLD AND OAT PROBE. WE CAME AROUND AND DID A FULL STOP LANDING AND INSPECTED DAMAGE. A/C WAS SAFE FOR FLT TO RETURN TO HOME BASE.
