--Food facility HACCP plan does not have required elements as outlined in the PA Food Code. Copy of Reduced Oxygen Packaging Policy & Procedures given. Removed all ROP meats & seafood to the sell of the public until a written HACCP has been submitted, reviewed, & accepted, until such time you can not ROP meats and seafood and cheese.

- Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
--Found employee washing there hand at 3 bowl sink, instead of at hand wash sink. COS
- Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
--No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the meat cutting area to remind food employees to wash their hands. COS
- Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
--Non-food contact surfaces, cords and floor under front cash register area, not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. 5 days to correct.
- Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
--Floor located behind deli and meat refrigerated cases is made of wood, and is not durable, smooth, non-porous, non-absorbent. Correct by 05/10/2014. Found corner wall near grease trap separated from wall below it. Correct it by 02/15/2014. Found wall board cracked or loose on walk-in freezer door and to the left of the door, also loose wall board was found on walk-in cooler door and to the left of the door, also found missing tiles below walk-in freezer door. 30 days to correct all.
