    --Noted a sleeve of single service pizza boxes being stored directly on the floor in the storage area.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Noted an old food build up on the stainless steel surfaces of the sandwich prep cooler under the cutting board. Noted a grease build up on the top of the self contained deep fryer in the food prep area. Corrected on site.
