COS - manager says she has ordered a new scoop, but it hasn't arrived, yet. She will see to it that employees wear single-use gloves while scooping ice, until this can be corrected. Done today during inspection.
- KDA_4_20211A2 - --A spatula in use at the griddle has a melted, pitted handle. One plastic food pan holding roasted corn has a cracked-off corner. Manager says that these utensils have already been ordered.
