KDA_3_50116A2 - --cut tomatoes at the make table in cold water that had ice melted and the top level of the tomatoes not surrounded for cold conduction and holding at 51. Corrected by adding more ice with the water to meet upper level of the food.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --One container of previously cooked and cooled cheese/broccoli soup, located in the kitchen walk in cooler with no date mark. According to owner she said it was prepared on Sunday. Though still good for one day, she elected to take home. Other items needing dates are good.
KDA_3_60311B - --menus have consumer advisory warning but no asterisking to the items on the menu that could be undercooked. Employee marked them all before the inspection was completed.

Plans are not to serve undercooked foods but owner has determined that the Consumer advisory will be included with asterisking to the affected foods, in case consumers wish it altered from full cooking time and temperature.
