KDA_3_30412E - --The metal ice scoop was being stored directly on top of the ice machine (this is not a sanitary surface).
KDA_3_30414B1 - --The bleach water bucket located to the left of the 3 compartment sink measured above 200ppm (was not in use). COS-an employee diluted the solution down to 50ppm.
KDA_4_30212A - --There was no food thermometer available at the time of the inspection. COS-an employee ran next door and grabbed a thermometer (it was used to smoke meat at the other establishment).
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is minor mold build up on the ledge of the plastic ice deflector inside of the ice machine.
KDA_5_20515B - --The right faucet hot water handle does not provide hot water at the 3 compartment sink. (Note: the left faucet provides hot water 100F+, use a bucket to fill the sanitizer compartment).
KDA_6_30111 - --There was no soap at the handsink located behind the bar. COS-placed soap at the sink.
KDA_7_10211 - --To the left of the 3 compartment sink there was a white plastic bucket with clear liquid and not labeled. It was bleach water. COS-labeled bucket. Below the 3 compartment sink there was a working spray bottle with clear liquid and not labeled. It was bleach water as well. COS-labeled bottle.
