KDA_3_30412B - --In the Pizza make table there was a plastic cup without a handle being stored in direct contact with the ground sausage. In another plastic food grade container of ground sausage there was another plastic cup without a handle in direct contact with the product. COS-removed both cups.
KDA_3_50113A - --There was a large plastic food grade container of eggs flats thawing on the counter and tempted at 24.9F. COS-placed in RIC.
KDA_3_50116A1 - --In the steam well there was a metal food grade container of meatballs at 120.4F. An employee said they were put in the unit around 6:00am and they were tempted around 9:50am (about 4 hours). COS-discarded.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --On the counter next to the fryer there was a plastic food grade container of ground sausage at 58.4F. An employee said it has been out less than 4 hours. COS-placed back into a RIC. On the counter next to the Hatco warmer there was a plastic container of individual cups of pizza sauce at 74.4F. The person in charge said she placed them out around 9:00am and were tempted around 10:00am (less than 4 hours). COS-placed some in the Hatco warmer and the rest in a RIC.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --On the rack above the large mixer there were 2 red plastic lids with broken edges, cracks in the lids and also peeling. COS-discarded. In the strainer next to the 3 compartment sink there were 3 rubber spatulas with cracked, rough edges (not easy to clean). COS-trimmed the edges smooth.
KDA_4_60111A - --In the RIC below the pizza make table there were approximately 31 round plastic food grade lids with multiple day stickers on top of one another and sticker residue and they were being used to store food items. COS-an employee washed new lids and replaced them. On the Donuts fryer there was dried food debris on the metal rim where the plunger is located. The large mixer also had dried food debris on the metal splash guard and on the metal frame where the whisk is inserted. COS-an employee cleaned both. On the rack above the 3 compartment sink there were approximately 37 round plastic lids with stickers and sticker reside left on them and stored clean. COS-an employee washed them. On the rack above steam well there were 2 plastic food grade containers with dried food debris on them and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area.
KDA_4_60111C - --There is dust build up on the fan blowers in the walk in cooler.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold inside of the pop nozzles and there is also mold on the bottom of the plastic cases near the pop nozzles. There is dried food debris built up on the inside dispensers of the Cappuccino machines.
KDA_7_10211 - --On a rack below the 3 compartment sink there was a working spray bottle with red liquid in it and not labeled. An employee said it was degreaser. COS-labeled the bottle.
