Observation:Broken handle of ice scoop, happened recently, must replace to protect ice from hand contact when scooping.

Observation:If continue to use side prep table with no refrigeration, must provide written procedure to follow for keeping temp controlled foods at least 70 degrees F or less and held at four hours or less. May get insulated cambro for this purpose as well.

Observation:True cooler holding tomatoes at 43 degrees and chicken at 46 degrees, must be at 41 degrees or less. Will discard temp controlled foods now. Adjusting temp lower now, service to be called if not holding proper temp.

Observation:1)Has been using three compartment sink for food prep usage, must now provide a designated food prep sink with indirect connection to sewer, within next 1 month. 2)Has wooden lid on flour working container, must provide a lid that is smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent for this purpose. 2)Has foil on shelf in reach in cooler under squeeze bottles, must change daily or provide ie a tray to hold the items. 3) TRuGold chest freezer has molding that is missing along front edge and two holes in lid with small area of insulation exposed, no longer a cleanable surface, repair or replace unit.

Observation:1)Has several coolers/freezers that have glass bulbs that are not protected from shattering, provide a cover or shatter resistant bulbs, ie vault room freezers, beer upright cooler. 2)Several ceiling lights not coated or have cover, ie liquor closet in vault room, outside storage rooms by side entrance.
