Food storage, prohibited areas Observation:Food product were stored on the floor in back area of cooler. Manager told inspector more storage devices would be ordered and here within a week's time period.
Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement Observation: No sink exclusively dedicated to hand washing was located. Ice is being made and bagged in a back room. A hand wash sink needs to be installed in an area convenient for employees to use. Establishment has 90 days to install a hand wash sink or apply for a variance with the Department of Inspections and Appeals.
