Observation: Quat sanitizer solution was tested and did not register on test strips. Quat sanitizer must be kept at a concentration of 200ppm-400ppm according to manufacturer's instructions.

Observation: Cappuccino machine had significant build-up near powder dispenser. Equipment used to dispense non potentially hazardous food must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent build up of soil or mold.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: No handwashing sign in mens bathroom. All handsinks used by employees must have signage which notifies employees to wash hands prior to returning to work.
- Storage of clean linens, single-service, and single use articles
Observation: Single service lids were being stored on the floor in dry storage area. All single service utensils must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination from splashes, dust, and other sources.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Beverages in cardboard were being stored on floor in walk in cooler. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination from splashing, dust, and other sources.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation: Gaskets on reach in cooler doors in front of tea and juices are torn. All equipment used for the storage of food must be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace as needed to allow for a tight seal.
