    Observation: No thermometer in cooler with milk based coffee product. Owner placed a thermometer in cooler during inspection.

    Observation: Inside of walk-in freezer paint peeling on walls and ceiling.

    Observation: Hand washing sink plumbing in meat department leaking with bucket under to catch waste water.
