Sanitizers Bleach-water solution for food contact surfaces sanitizer (counter tops etc.) was very strong over 200ppm. Must be maintained at 50-100ppm. Use test strips frequently to ensure proper concentration. Is food grade sanitizer is too strong it may be toxic to food surfaces. CORRECTED ON SITE.
