Observed some dust accumulation around the ceiling vents in the kitchen area.
- Beverage tubing, cold plates, and ice unit drain lines
- equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
Clean the three compartment sink and the water hose spray nozzel that's associated with the mechanical dish washer. Clean the soda pop holsters in the bar area. Ice for human consumption must be stored in a separate vessel as the ice used for the soda cooling plate, due to sanitation.
