Observation: The following areas are not smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent: behind bar area (missing cove base and barrier), trim around doors, holes in mens RR floor.

Observation: The following areas have plumbing issues that need to be addressed: air gap for bar hand sink, bar 3 hole sink leaks (faucet), floor sink under ice bin @ bar does not drain properly, hand sink faucet leaks, drain plugs for bar 3 hole sink.

Observation: All food contact surfaces must be cleaned.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation: Walk in cooler needs a thermometer inside.

Observation: Must clean all non-food contact surfaces in facility.
- Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
Observation: Missing the collection pan for the hood.

Observation: Must paint or seal all bare wood in facility.
