Observation:Using cloth towel from waistband to dry hands, must use single use towels, must not reuse cloth towels.

Observation:Has unshielded light in basement by dry storage items and in dry storage area in kitchen, provide coated bulb or light shield to protect the bulb from shattering.

Observation:Does not have most recent inspection posted, must post within public view in area accessible to be read.

Observation:Dishmachine not delivering any sanitizer now, service has been called. Must not use until can deliver sanitizer. Must do a sanitizer step in sink as alternate until repaired.

Observation:Ice machine water chamber has some buildup on mechanics, must empty, wash, rinse, sanitize, and let air dry before refill. Monitor closely and do at least once per month unless buildup occurs.

Observation:Has spray bottles of chemicals stored on side of wire shelving rack of food bottles, must move to area below and not adjacent to foods, moved under the sink now. Corrected today.

Observation:Has open half gallon of milk at bar, must date when opened and use in first 7 days or discard remainder. Corrected today.
- Eating, drinking, or using tobacco
Observation:Beverage in open glass container with straw, must provide a lid along with the straw for beverage, when in food service area.
- Mechanical warewashing machine pressure measuring devices, data plate, internal baffles, and flow pressure device
Observation:New data sheet does not reflect proper guidelines for machine operation, provide sticker for time, temperature, sanitation requirements.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation:Clean cupboards some food particles and dusty, peeling shelf paper, remove to aid cleaning. 2)Clean countertops not being used for food prep, remove any unnecessary items to aid cleaning.
- Indoor and outdoor surfaces
Observation:Several areas of flooring missing sections/tiles, has work scheduled for next week, to replace flooring and make some other necessary repairs.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation:Exterior door has light showing through edges when fully closed, must seal to prevent pests from entering.

Observation:Need to post most recent license within public view in area accessible to be read.
- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Observation:Has wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizer solution, must keep in submerged in sanitizer solution.

Observation:Reusing cardboard for portion cups must provide a container that is smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent for this purpose.
