Observation: Raw shell eggs stored over fruit cocktail and applesauce in reach-in cooler. Moved at time of inspection.

Observation: Placing whole cooked pork roast in reach-in cooler to cool. Pork roast came out of oven at 1:30, placed in reach-in at 2:00 pm. No monitoring.

Observation: Food for drivers in to go containers sitting on top of stove at 124 degrees.
