Observation:There is no thermometer in the ice cream/shake cooler by drive-thru.

Observation:Observed heavy slime buildup in drain under customer self-service fountain pop machine - there is a strong odor present in this area.

Observation:Observed cut lettuce and parmesan cheese stored on top part of the salad prep cooler in bags lying on top of the inserts - lettuce was 53 degrees and cheese at 51 degrees. Foods were discarded, corrected on site.
