Now it is at 50 ppm Cl. They are instructed to re-sanitize ALL dishes, wares, and utensils in the restaurant. KDA_4_90311A - --Plastic sleeves of foam clamshell food containers are directly on the floor in the back store room. Boxes of foam beverage cups are directly on the floor in the cabinet under the Pepsi RIC. KDA_6_50111 - --There are multiple floor tiles missing in the food prep area and in front of the fryer. The paint/wallboard is peeling off the wall in the dishwashing room. KDA_6_50112A - --There is a build up of dust, grease, and debris on the ceiling fan, the light fixture, and the pipes in the dishwashing room. Dust on the ceiling vents. The inside of the walk-in-cooler door is soiled and stained. KDA_7_10211 - --A spray bottle of blue chemical, identified by employee as Fabuloso, is not labeled to identify contents. The red "Ace" bucket containing a solution of water and Lysol disinfectant is not labeled. COS - labeled KDA_7_20111A - --A red "Ace" bucket containing a solution of water and Lysol disinfectant is on the counter between the hand sink and the steam table, directly beside the steam table holding food. COS - moved this bucket to the bottom shelf under the hand sink.
