At buffet table, container of cottage cheese temped at 52.7F. Person in charge said cottage cheese was placed at table less than one hour ago. Corrected on site. Cheeses were voluntarily discard and it was suggested that cheese not be stacked, since bottom cheese were within appropriate temperatures.
