Owner explained he didn't know he could not prepare foods at home for his mobile unit. Inspector didn't see food being prepared at his home kitchen so no violation cited. Owner given a Food Establishment application, for when he is set up at a kitchen that can be licensed. His mobile unit is the only place that can be used for food preparation, all food must be produced or purchased in a licensed facility.
