Description: This is a small, casual dining establishment that specializes mainly in offering full bar service, along with tapas. There’s a strong Spanish influence in the food offerings. While the Hamptons are chock-full of dining establishments that have been around for decades, Copa opened in 2009, so it’s one of the newer places to dine in the region.
