Walk-in refrigeration and freezers have had major repairs and are functioning great. Left food safety training literature with PIC.

Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: Dirty refrigeration handles, gaskets, and doors of all units within kitchen prep areas.

Maintenance personnel has been called to repair sandwich preparation unit that should be running colder after peak use and 2 door Delfield refrigeration unit for condensation problems. Grill hood surface areas to be cleaned. Test strips for QT are to be ordered.

Observation: Two door Delfield Refrigerator was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged with water dripping from refrigeration unit inside refrigerator.
Correction: Repair the refrigerator to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability.
- Equipment - Cutting Surfaces
Observation: The cutting board(s) along the food prep units are heavily scratched and scored. The food contact surface is no longer easily cleaned and sanitized due to condition.
Correction: Resurface or discard and replace the cutting boards to provide a food contact surface that is smooth, easily cleaned and sanitized.
