Good handwashing observed.

    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

    Observation: No sanitizer found in 3-c sink.
    Correction: After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use. PIC dumped sink and added a chlorine sanitizer since they had run out of quat sanitizer.

    Observation: Single service items observed unprotected from contamination. (Pizza boxes)
    Correction: Store single service items in its original protective packaging or inverted in an approved dispenser. Turn upside down.

    Observation: Water dripping from hood above pizza oven. Mop sink is cracked.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities. Possible leak from roof.

    Observation: Floor by hoses under beverage area by drive through is dirty
    Correction: Clean.

No critical violations. Detailed cleaning needed around prep line. Rubber spatulas found stained. PIC knew symptoms associated with Norovirus. It is flu season, ensure all workers know not to work sick. Next inspection will be for permit renewal.

This visit is due to a complaint alleging a bloody Band-Aid being found in a to go order bag. I conferred with the manager. She was not aware of the complaint. She stated that if an employee has a cut/wound, that it is covered with a blue Band-Aid and a glove. I concurred with their procedure. (I suggested a finger cot/glove).
