Don't forget to date hamburgers. Train new workers properly. Do not thaw foods on counter. Plan ahead and thaw inside refrigerator. Exterior of bar has been diamond plated with strip lighting. Men's restrooms have been painted. Used breading to be sifted after use or stored inside refrigerator.

Observation: Soap was not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the main bar.
Correction: Hand soap must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing. Hand cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands.
