Observation: The drainboards/utensil racks/storage tables located are not large enough to accommodate all soiled items. Dirty equipment stored at adjacent handsink.
Correction: Provide a cart / rack /table / shelving so that all soiled utensils and equipment can be properly stored as they accumulate during operation.

Correction: Provide access to the handwashing sink during all hours of operation. Remove the trays and food equipment preventing its use.

Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing sink next to the 3-vat sink.
Correction: Provide paper towels at all hand washing sinks to encourage proper hand washing.
