| This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. The Person in Charge and food employees were very helpful during the visit and very knowledgeable about employee health procedures. The following issue requires attention: 1. The handwashing sink in the prep area was leaking. The Person in Charge stated that it will be repaired by the end of the day. Note: We discussed foods to be provided at the establishment. There is another hand sink adjacent to the kitchen in the dish washing area that is accessible for use until the other hand sink is fixed.
