Rice scoop is a plastic tub with no handle that does not protect the rice from contact with hands - use a scoop or paddle with a handle. Dish machine is not in use at this time - owner thinks he may not use it at all. Good date marking observed. Buffet is set up at 11 AM and discard at 2:30 PM Permit issued.
