Correction: Employees may drink from a covered beverage container if the container is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, and exposed clean food equipment, and single-service and items.

Observation: Open bags of food in basement storage area.
Correction: Prevent possible contamination by storing food in sealed bags or covered bins.

Correction: Label containers of food that are not readily identifiable with the common name.

Observation: Different types of raw animal foods stored in such a manner that may cause cross contamination in the 3-door upright display cooler.
Correction: Separate types of raw animal foods from each other such as beef, fish, lamb, pork, eggs,and poultry during storage by arranging each type of food in equipment so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented.

Observation: Food stored less than 6" above the floor in the walk-in freezer.;Elevate food storage onto approved shelving with minimum 6" legs or casters. Recommend a cart or mobile bin in the walk-in freezer for bagged ice storage.
