1. Facility is using a multi-quaternary ammonium sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink. Recommend obtaining QT-40 test strips.
2. Ensure a copy of the most recent water sample is provided to the health department.
3. ServSafe information provided.
Facility is approved to operate for the 2015 season.

    Observation: Observed the interior of the microwave and the interior of the popcorn machine to have accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
  • Toxics - Separation of Toxics
    Observation: Containers of chemicals are not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items. Observed chemical bottles stored next to food prep gloves and wiping cloths in the white storage cabinet over the handsink.
    Correction: Containers of chemicals must be separated by spacing or partitioning to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.
