However, since the rain is not heavy the facility is okay to opearate. If the rain gets worse than it will start leaking more and could contaminate food and food contact surfaces.
    Correction: Repair the physical facilities. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities. NOTE: Please make sure the ceiling is permanantly fixed. The facility was closed on October 28, 2015 because of the same water leak problem.

PLEASE REMEMBER, 1) WASHING HANDS IS THE EASIEST THING TO DO TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF GERMS, 2) HAVE THE REFRIGERATORS SERVICED AHEAD OF THE HOT SUMMER SEASON. IF A REFRIGERATOR READS 41F BEFORE OPENING, IT IS DOUBTFUL THAT IT WILL KEEP THAT TEMPERATURE DURING THE BUSY TIMES OF THE DAY. SET THE TEMPERATURE TO BE 35F - 37F WHEN THE REFRIGERATORS ARE NOT IN USE.

The purpose of today's visit was to investigate a complaint received by the Health Department on January 24, 2013. Complainant stated that a winged bug was found in their salad on the evening of January 18, 2013. EHS discussed complaint with manager, who was aware of the complaint and had spoke to complainant regarding the issue. Manager shared the facility's process for washing vegetables used in salads. Facility receives monthly pest control service. EHS observed no live or dead pests during the inspection. Facility observed clean and organized.
No violation noted during this evaluation.
