Continental Breakfast served from 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM. Any remaining milk is discarded at that time. Discussed: 2-compartment sink should not be used for handwashing. A splash guard is present separating the 3rd sink. This sink is to be used for handwashing. However, the washing machine in front of the sinks makes the hand washing sink not easily accessible. Washing machine needs to be relocated as to not block the handsink. Employee health information has been given to this establishment the past 2 inspections, however, no employee health policy is in place. All facilities are required to have an employee health policy and all employees should be aware of the reporting procedures. An employee certificate for "Over Easy" was located but expired in 2008. Insects and rodents are vectors of disease-causing microorganisms which may be transmitted to humans by contamination of food and food-contact surfaces.
