    Observation: Observed accumulations of grime and debris on the following food contact surfaces: Interior surfaces of Beverage Air Liowboy refrigerator and interior cavity areas/Top lid area of Frigidaire Chest freezer not clean/Chest freezer also needs defrosting/ice buildup interior of unit.
    Correction: Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.

    Observation: Mops and brooms not hung up to air dry.
    Correction: Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.
