- La Siesta Restaurante is a family owned Mexican Restaurant. We have 99 seats and a full liquor license. We take reservations. We have a great staff, with friendly and attentive service. Try our Tamarind Margarita and our Shrimp Poblano (Grilled shrimp sauteed with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and spinach in a roasted poblano cream sauce and served with rice.) We have two specials each night, or choose from more traditional items such as our Enchiladas Mole Poblano (Chicken enchilades, topped with Martin's Mother's Mole Sause and served with rice and beans) We started in 2006 with only eight tables and BYOB for Beer and Wine. Since then, we have added a small bar and two additional diningrooms.
