- I want to thank you for your interest in 101 Fitness. I understand that you’re ready to beginning a new journey in your life; and with that said we will be more than excited to be part of that. Let me start by saying this is not your average gym. We are a one on one personal training studio that customizes a workout for your specific needs, by being dedicating to meeting your specific fitness objectives. How do we do this? First, we will need to get to know you. We will conduct a fitness evaluation during your first session to determine: • Body composition • Current fitness level • Muscular strength and endurance • Cardiovascular endurance Next, we then can determine what would best suit your needs, lifestyle, and goals and get you started. That’s it! Once we have these, we can have you training right away! That way, you keep your motivation high and can start seeing results as quickly as possible! I personally guarantee that your sessions will be motivating, focused, and challenging! We will encourage you and provide you with safe, challenging and result oriented programs. Over time, you will see visible changes, feel your energy increase, and become stronger, leaner, and more confident! Naturally, as you become stronger and more flexible, you will look and feel great. Call and book your appointment: All of our sessions are by appointment only. No monthly recurring membership fees, just your hour session. No long term contracts our limit is a 90 day contract.
