IBS inc instructors have provided real estate license and education courses in Central Florida since 1978. We curently provide the state required pre-license course for Sales Associates. Our instructors are experienced brokers concerned with the success of the students.
Florida real estate licenses can be held by individuals who do not live in Florida, but they will be practicing under an employer in Florida.
We have small classes, between 8 and 16 students per class. As a result each student receives individual attention.
We offer 9 day Weekday courses, Weekend courses and Evening courses on a regular rotating basis.
The fee for our courses is discounted by $50 for early payment and is $210 plus $25 for the text book.
