    --There are one inch gaps around the basement door, behind the steps. *There is a three inch gap on the lower left side of the store room door in the basement.

    --Old food residue on the blade, frame and housing of the meat slicer. The slicer was disassembled for cleaning.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --End caps missing from two lights above the cook line.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the men's restroom to remind food employees to wash their hands. A sign was posted.
