--Internal temperature of prepared food product stored on middle front shelving of True reach-in cooler unit, recorded at 47-51*F. Some 20-pounds of temperature control for safety food discarded, along with 15-pounds of cut greens that had froze (and is not a bag of mush). See Below.

--Above mentioned True reach-in cooler still not operating to maintain product temperatures at or below 41*F. Owner on-site today, who stated it had been freezing product (above noted cut greens), and Owner finally called for service.
