--Meat and cheese items here on consignment sale from Pete's Pepperoni. Product in that unit was being held at 45 deg. F. (MUST BE HELD BELOW 41 deg. F). Owner stated a customer may have bumped the thermostat setting. The unit was set to a lower setting during inspection. Owner stated that he will monitor this unit, and discontinue sales of the product if it cannot maintain the product below 41 deg. F.
Food Temperature Measuring Devices Provided (46.632)
--Previously noted was the lack of a thermometer for the retail cheese display cooler. Owner installed a thermometer in the beverage display cooler, in error. There is still not a thermometer in the cheese cooler. Owner stated this cooler is owned by Pete's Pepperoni, and that he would explain the concerns to him.
