PIC stated she has contracted pest control that comes at least once a month if not more often. She will call maintenance and pest control.

KDA_Defacto - --Cold holding cooked chicken in reach in cooler under prep table top at 34F --Discussed with PIC the need to reheat items on the stove top as the warmers are not designed for rapid reheating. Meatballs and chili were also reheating in steam table top and crock units. --Strips in place for quat.
