KDA_4_60111A - --A food storage container and the lid had stickers on them. COS, moved to be cleaned and sanitized. KDA_4_60213 - --The handles on the handwashing sink have a sticky residue on them. The fan covers in the WIC are dusty. KDA_4_90311A - --In the kitchen knives, tongs, and ladles are stored around the conduits on the wall above the 3-vat sink and above the prep table.
