Observation:Several items on the floor in the basement storage area. Also in kitchen a few canned items.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation: Walk-in cooler is still in need of some attention. Floors and walls are no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Wall boards are separating and pulling away from the walls.

Observation: Hood system and walk-in cooler are not operating properly. Grease is all over the floor behind the stove and fryers. Large puddle of water in the walk-in cooler from condensation trapped under the board on the walls. Seams are not sealed properly.
