Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises Observation: Observed food stored on the floor by the bathrooms and the office area. All food/food items must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination.
Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces Observation: Observed cardboard being reused to hold items. May not reuse cardboard for any other purpose than original product.
Light bulbs, protective shielding Observation: Light shield is missing above the lockers. All lights must have a cover or shatter resistant bulbs in place.

Drying mops Mop head was observed bunched up in mop sink. Must allow mop to air dry when not in immediate use to prevent buildup of bacteria. Hang over side, invert handle, or hang from wall.
Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises Observed boxes of food (syrup, dried oranges, etc.) stored on the floor in the area by the bathroom. Must store all food items at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination.
